Heel tap

To do heel taps: First step is lying on the ground by keeping your knees bent at 90-degree angle with feet off the ground. While keeping your knees bent, extend of the foot to touch the ground and then return back to your starting position. Repeat this on each leg for 10 times.
Russian twist
Russian twist is very helpful in building core and shoulder muscles. To do this exercise you need to sit straight. Then bent your knees and feet in front of yourself. Lift your feet just a foot off the ground and engage your core. Now twist entire body to one side while keeping legs in front of you. Repeat on the other side too.
Side planks with dip
Side planks help in strengthening your core and shoulders without stressing your back. To do side planks with dip, you need to place your elbow under your body and then press yourself up into a side plank. Then lower your hip such that you are hovering just below ground, Now use your core to return back to starting position. Do 10 reps of the exercise on same side then switch the side.
Tuck-crunch-extend
This exercise targets lower and upper abs and one of the best abs exercises at home. To do this exercise, keeping your hands behind your head lie down on your back and knees curled into your chest. Extend legs so that your legs are hovering about a foot above the ground. Hold this position for few seconds. Then return back to starting position and repeat the exercise.
Half sit up
Half sit up exercise targets upper abs. It is an easy exercise which you can do at home. To do this exercise sit up straight by placing your feet directly in front of you with your knees slightly bent. Now start slowly lowering your upper body backwards .four to five inches away from your feet. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return to starting position and do 10 reps of this exercise.
Leg lower
Leg lower is best abs exercise at home. This exercise targets your lower abs. To do this exercise, start this exercise by placing your legs at 90-degrees angle overhead. Now slowly lower your legs, while keeping your legs 4-5 inches above the ground in air. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Then return back to 90-degrees angle and repeat the exercise for 10 seconds.
